My neighbor is really getting me agitated. :mad: Their garbage pail is always overflowing which causes debris to fly onto my yard. They have to know its their debris but they never come over to pick any of it up. It seems to be paper items and things like candy wrappers.

I wouldn't tolerate that if I were you. You should say something to them

How about using some large rocks or boulders on the front of your lawn. I've seen people do that before. I think it really deters people from parking or going close to your property

Definitely say something to them. You can use a corner fence to border your property and keep a barrier in between the two houses. Or you can put an island shaped design with trees and shrubs for more added privacy. This site has a lot of examples to look at.
