I notice alot of people on here talking about pesticides. Is anyone concerned about health risks? I know there are times pesticides are definitely needed but I was hoping to get some info on natural methods for weed control. I worry about the pesticides cotaminating the ground water.

I share your concern too. I'm currently researching natural lawncare. I'll post some info as soon as I find some.

I would greatly aprreciate that Suzie. The rates of breast cancer are so high where I live. There has been no connection made to pesticides yet but we all get concerned about our ground water and air pollution being the cause.

I've never really been concerned. I'm sure they test everything before they put it on the market. If it were that bad for you, they wouldn't allow it

I have to disagree with Wilson. I think theres way too much pesticides released into our atmopshere. I'm sure they must cause ill effects on people. I think they are sometimes very much needed, but pesticides are over used and eventually pests become resistant to them.
