Do you think adding a small pond or water feature to our property will add in the resale of our house or will it turn people away?

I think it will definitely add to the appeal of your yard. If I were looking at houses, I would be thrilled to see a great looking pond in the backyard.

If you're selling your house and don't want to spend that much money, just get a small fountain. You can always put some flowers or shrubs around it and add mulch.

Small ponds are a great do it yourself project that in my opinion, really add to the beauty of a landscape.
