Latest technology in lighting(LEDS)

hi there everyone

the latest technology in lighting is LED's these leds are low powered and also bright enough. its like those new torch lights which come with 6-9 led bulbs but is powerfull enuf 4 a spot.

i suggest we cud put this technology to use by using coloured ones for the gardens which will make a pretty good setting.
sometimes these bulbs could give u a relaxing easy feeling when u sit outside.
mostly romatic feelings.

talking abt costs its relatively cheap compared to all the lightings presently.
we do have the technology to change colours. its a added advantage wat do u think guys abt this.

Yes, LED is definitely the light of the future. Apart from the advantages listed above such as lower power usage, it also lasts longer.

For the disadvatages, it still cost more comparing to other lightings in my area and it is still not bright enough comparing to other lightings but it will be great for garden lightings.

I will definitely go for LED, hopefully the cost will goes down when everyone starts to use it and by the way, I have heard about a new technology, Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) which is more flexible, it will takes some time for it to reach the market *sigh*
