Are you afraid of snakes?

Since moving down South form NY I am completely shocked by how much people hate snakes down here. They are of course much more prevalent here than in NY. But it appears like people have no tolerance for the occasional snake they find in their backyard. Let me just say that where I live there really isn't too high of a chance of seeing a venomous one(like a copperhead).

So, are you afraid of snakes?
