Spray on lawn color

I was watching one of those house flipping shows a few weeks ago and saw something on there I had not heard of before. They were ready to get an open house going and the lawn wasn't ready yet. So, they hosed on this paint to make the lawn look green temporarily. I wonder what is in it and ifit's harmful at all.

I think I saw that same episode you're talking about. I had never seen anything like that either. I worry that would be too much chemicals on the lawn. It can't be good for the environment.

Something about this doesn't seem right. I feel sorry for the people who buy these houses that they fix up on tv shows. After they move in they must feel stupid watching all of the crap that went on in their home.
