Gardening in the heat

Wow you really have to be careful of how long you stay outside for. My wife was out in our backyard for only 1/2 hour the other day but she got overheated. Her whole face was red and she just looked ill. I thought she was going to pass out. I got so nervous.

I always have a big bottle of water sitting next to me while I'm outside working in the yard or garden. Sometimes I wear a hat too. Although sometimes wearing a hat can make me feel more hot and sweaty.
