I don't really have many. I'm fortunate that most of my neighbors have been keeping up. Occasionally I'll see a house with grass that is overdue for mowing. I just chalk that up to them perhaps being on vacation.

I'm still dealing with my neighbors to the left of me that have a perpetual supply of debris that lands on the grass in between our homes. Today I walked outside to get the paper and noticed a Starbuck's coffee cup on the grass. It's absolutely disgusting. My wife and I just don't know what to do. We are the ones that wind up cleaning it up all of the time. I don't know how to approach this without causing a big rift.

I hate when there is no design at all and it's just plain lawn. There's one house in particular down the block from me that is so plain. The house has a "for sale by owner" sign on it. I don't know what the inside looks like but the outside is not well planned or remotely maintained. I bet it takes them a long time to sell.

I'd have to agree with Wilson. Trash of any kind left on the lawn or on the sidewalk is just unacceptable.

I also agree that garbage of any kind left floating around on the property gets me all fired up.
