The ugliest design

What's the ugliest landscape design you have ever come across in your neighborhood?

There's a house on my block that has this odd color blue trim all around their house and on their garage. The shrubs and flowers they have planted in the front don't match anything either. It looks like they chose flowers and shrubs randomly without thought to any color scheme or design pattern.

I havent' seen too many ugly designs in my neighborhood. However, there is a house on my street that has very dead plants in front. They are some type of tropical plants but they are very dead and need to be removed.
