What do you do when you are going away?

I'll be going away for a few days. I dont want my garden and flowers to dry out. I'm going to ask one of my neighbors if she'll do my watering for me.

What do you do when you plan on being away for a few days?

When I return, should I give my neighbor a little token gift to thank her for helping?

I don't have enough plantings to worry about yet as I am still redesigning my yard. In the future I probably will ask one of my neighbors if they can water while I'm away.
