Watering Question

What is the best time of day to water your garden or plants/ Is watering twice a day too much?

I have always heard it's best to water int he early morning before the sun is too strong or in the late afternoon after the sun has started to go down. As for the frequency of watering, I'm not too sure.

I agree wth what Wilson has said-either early in the morning or late in the afternoon/evening after the sun has gone down.
