is anyone planting anything edible this year?

I was curious to know if anyone is adding any edible plants to thei rlandscape. I'm considering a berry bush.

My wife mentioned to me that she would love to plant something edible this year along with our ornamentals. We're thinking of blackberries or raspberries. I'm still not up to speed on gardening yet so I have to make sure those will grow well in my area.

I wanted to plant an herb garden this year. I drink so much peppermint tea. It would be nice to be able to harvest my own mint

I'm not sure but I do enjoy eating berries. How difficult are they to grow?
