What do you do if your landscaper doesn't finish a project?

I wanted to knwo what to do if you hire a contractor or landscaper and they don't finish a project or they don't finish it to your satisfaction?

I would first try and contact the owner. If you can't get them by phone then try sending a certified letter to them stating your complaint. Allow them sufficient time to respond. If they don't, then you may be able to take them to small claims court.
